Hi, my name is Lafayette, but most call me Lafa. Before becoming a realtor, I was a real estate media creator. After doing that for over 10 years, I decided to make the change. I started my career during the Covid year..... yep I know, and as challenging as it was in the beginning, it taught me resilience in the real estate market. I am grateful for starting at that time because it taught me a lot.

My motivation to succeed is my family; they mean the world to me. My parents brought us here at a young age leaving everything behind in Brazil to give us a better life and they did. My goal is to one day give back to them and thank them for all of their sacrifices while providing for my family.

I am an avid car guy and enjoy fast sports cars and anything that moves. I dream of one day owning a Ferrari, as that's the car in my bucket list of cars.
